Genessee Hills Golf Course, is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
Genesee Hills was opened in 1926 by David and Edith Appelhof and is currently in its third generation of providing affordable golf. The course has been re-designed and upfated over the years. Two of the re-designers have included Don Childs and John Zaliagiris. Most recently 2005 - 2009 the course has gone throgh it's latest "evolutionary" course re-design. The course opened a spare two holes during this period allowing 2 holes at a time to be reconstructed.
The course is operated under an extremely Environmentally sensitive philosophy. Chemicals are applied on an as needed basis only. Natural alternatives are employed whenever possible.
Genesee Hills is located on 165 acres of rolling hills in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Resting on some of the highest land in town, the course provides many appealing, panoramic views.
